Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools Required

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Required

High School Diploma Required

Description of Duties• Inventory and organize IT equipment• Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories• Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune• Install software in Windows 11 environment• Update asset records in ServiceNow• Deploying assets as required• Assist with decommissioning old equipment


Minimum Requirements• High School Diploma• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely• Good communication and time management skills• Must pass state and national background check


Engagement Requirements• Resources must abide by all published IT Standards, including those at http://paturnpike.service-now.com/kb• Strict schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 30 minute unpaid lunch and no overtime• Business casual attire (jeans acceptable)• All tools and equipment provided by PTC
