About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with stand-up forklift (reach truck) experience to join our operations team. This role supports the movement, organization, and accuracy of materials throughout the warehouse, with an emphasis on forklift operation and general warehouse responsibilities in a cGMP-compliant manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate stand-up (reach truck) forkliftsโ€”both electric and propane modelsโ€”to move, stack, and organize materials.
  • Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and weights, and report any and all discrepancies.
  • Accurately pull, stage, and deliver materials to production, pre-weigh, and blending departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements using warehouse management software.
  • Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP and Company standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, organization, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Forklift Operator Certification required; experience operating stand-up reach trucks strongly preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day).

Work Schedule Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 a.m. โ€“ 4:30 p.m. Overtime opportunities available on occasion

Compensation $18.00 hourly Full benefits eligible: Medical, Vision and Dental, 401(k) with company match. Paid Time off and Company Holidays.
