Job Description
Location: California
An established surgical practice is seeking a Clinic-Based Physician Assistant to support patients before and after surgery.
This role includes pre-operative visits, post-operative follow-up, patient education, care coordination, and outpatient procedures. No operating room work is required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-operative and post-operative visits
  • Educate patients about procedures and recovery
  • Monitor healing and follow-up care
  • Perform outpatient procedures within scope of practice
  • Work closely with surgeons and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • California PA license or eligibility
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Surgical, plastic surgery, or outpatient experience preferred
