JETSET is a modern, music-driven Pilates concept designed to deliver transformational workouts in a high-energy environment. As we expand into new markets, we're seeking a driven, organized, and creative Opening Manager to lead presales efforts and generate excitement leading up to our grand openings.

Role Overview

The New Studio Opening Manager will oversee all pre-opening sales, communication, and community-building for our newest JETSET Pilates studios. This role is critical in ensuring a strong launch by maximizing presales memberships, engaging with prospective clients, and creating buzz across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Presales Success: Manage and execute presales strategy to hit membership targets prior to grand opening.
  • Client Communication: Handle all inbound and outbound communication through email, Instagram, phone calls, and AXLE CRM.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, providing an exceptional first impression of the JETSET brand.
  • Hype Creation: Collaborate with marketing to implement creative campaigns, social media engagement, and local partnerships to drive excitement.
  • Organization & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in AXLE CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing pre-opening events, pop-ups, and community activations to promote the studio launch.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, community management, or studio/fitness operations (boutique fitness or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple communication channels at once.
  • Confident communicator with strong writing and phone skills.
  • Social media savvy, especially with Instagram for community engagement and DM management.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the JETSET brand.
Position Details
  • Flexible, project-based role with heavier time commitment expected during pre-opening weeks.
  • Candidate may be based in NJ or FL; some in-person presence at openings and events may be required.
