Job description

We're looking for a Startup Launch Program Manager to drive the end-to-end launch of dark store facilities for our Quick Commerce business. You'll own the critical path from construction handoff through first delivery-coordinating across real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology to bring new sites to life on time and at quality.
This is a high-visibility role where your work directly translates to market expansion and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
-Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites, from site readiness through operational go-live
-Drive cross-functional coordination across construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams during the startup phase
-Manage critical path milestones including permitting, vendor mobilization, equipment installation, and operational readiness
-Identify and mitigate risks that threaten launch timelines or site readiness
-Develop and refine launch playbooks and scalable processes to support accelerating launch cadence
-Execute against the launch sequencing and market-entry plans defined by leadership
-Report launch progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
