We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team, whether you have experience or are new to the field and eager to learn. 
You must be available to work Monday through Friday. During the interview, you will complete an application and visit each age group—infants, toddlers, 2s, 3s, and Pre-K—to get to know our culture, teaching approach, and expectations. Most interviews take about an hour.

Minimum Requirements
  • Be kind, nurturing, and have a positive attitude.
  • Be able to complete live scan fingerprinting.
  • Be able to provide a negative TB test. 
  • Be able to get a CPR card and complete all state-required courses within 30 days.
  • Have a high school diploma, a C.D.A., associate’s, or bachelor’s degree.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be available to work any shift between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities
  • Use a variety of educational techniques, such as storytelling, educational play, and media, to teach children.
  • Help children develop social skills and build self-esteem.
  • Encourage children to interact with each other and help them resolve disagreements.
  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand each child’s background and needs.
  • Work together with other educators.
  • Keep the classroom clean and safe.
