To thrive as a Pre Intern, you generally need strong organizational abilities, a willingness to learn, and basic knowledge relevant to the industry or department, often supported by current enrollment in a related educational program. Familiarity with productivity software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and any industry-specific tools is usually beneficial.
