Job description

Pre-Licensed/Post-Masters Contract Therapist Position
Job Description:
KHESED provides outpatient mental health therapy for the underinsured, and we prioritize kindness, accessibility, and inclusivity in the way that we grow. We believe that clients and clinicians thrive when outpatient mental health therapy is affordable, reciprocal and sustainable.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Believe in KHESED’s mission, vision and values.
  • Offer specialized services for clients in the Denver metro community.
  • Provide in-person and/or virtual services in Denver, Colorado. 
  • Meet with an assigned licensed supervisor (virtually) for monthly individual consultation, and attend monthly group consultation and training. All supervision and training are free to the LPCC.
Tasks:
  • Maintain all forms of communication within two business days with KHESED and all assigned clients.
  • Offer evidence based therapy in compliance with the ethical standards of the mental health profession.
  • Manage the cleanliness of any assigned KHESED location.
  • Work with the operations team to learn and appropriately navigate all telehealth technology and electronic case management systems.
  • Attend all required meetings and training on scheduled Tuesdays.
  • Work with the operations team to determine a schedule that allows you to feel like a human being while still meeting your minimum hours.
  • Uphold KHESED’s values as you interact with clients and clinicians.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Provide the highest quality of mental health services in compliance with HIPAA and DORA ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Possess a valid, active LPCC licensure issued by the State of Colorado
  • Completion of a Master’s Degree in mental health.
  • Manage technology to provide remote and local high quality and confidential virtual mental health services.
  • Engage clinical work from a designated KHESED location once in-person services begin again.
Payment:
  • Fee for service 1099 contract at a rate of $48 per session hour.
