The Bancorp's Fleet Management Services team is one of the few bank-owned direct fleet lessors in the U.S., serving both commercial and government customers. We offer end-to-end solutions for procurement, upfitting, financing, fleet management, and disposal. On this team, you'll work alongside industry experts to provide bank-direct financing and help clients optimize their fleets, manage costs and drive efficiency.

This role monitors inventory, maintains parking lot, coordinates deliveries, inspects lease returns, and performs pre-delivery inspections.

Key Responsibilities
    Assists in daily operations related to new/used vehicle receiving, delivery procedures and inventory control.
  1. Inspects vehicles for any damage in accordance with department policies and procedures.
  2. Performs pre-delivery inspection on new car arrivals and create files listing any issues that may need to be
    addressed.
  3. Performs vehicle inspections on off lease vehicle returns noting mileage, options, interior and exterior
    damages.
  4. Processes vehicle data regarding new or off lease vehicles into inventory system of record.
  5. Coordinates recondition of vehicles prior to new lease delivery or lease return disposal.
  6. Maintains a safe working environment and performs light building maintenance.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.
  8. No travel required.
Qualification Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1 year of automotive service industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive manual and automatic
    transmissions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player, able to work effectively and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Internet.
  • Schedule must be flexible with ability to travel.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in an open environment under extreme temperatures.
  • Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100lbs.
