We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on cellular towers, rooftops, generator installations, and more. Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 a year plus bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and cash flow tracking.
  • Proactively identify project risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide accurate, timely status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, milestones, changes, and expectations.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including material takeoffs, bill of materials (BOM), equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Lead project meetings, fostering accountability, collaboration, and productive problem-solving across all teams.
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the telecom and/or solar industry.
  • Proven experience managing field crews and subcontractors in active construction environments.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
  • Solid understanding of construction means and methods, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience preparing estimates and quoting projects using bills of materials (BOMs).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing project environments.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
