What You’ll Do

As Boarding Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our boarding department while supporting a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading and supporting the boarding team day-to-day

· Delegating staff assignments and daily duties

· Managing boarding schedules and staffing flow

· Assisting with pet care duties including walks, feeding, medications, cleaning, and client communication

· Ensuring boarding protocols, SOPs, and forms remain current and effective

· Monitoring inventory and operational efficiency

· Reviewing invoices and boarding metrics

· Creating systems, signage, and communication tools that improve workflow

· Supporting client communication through calls, emails, texts, and updates

· Maintaining accurate client and patient information

· Participating in leadership meetings and team development

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone willing to jump in, help the team, solve problems, and lead by example.
