There is an active arts scene, museums, independent restaurants, brew pubs, golf courses, and the Wildhorse Resort and Casino. For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding landscape offers mountain biking, camping, fishing, and equestrian trails. The Pendleton Round-Up is one of the most recognized rodeo events in the country and reflects the town's deep Western character.
