• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are either in their Master’s program or pursuing clinical licensure, offering guidance and educational support throughout their training.
• Deliver compassionate and effective psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and current research to inform therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, complying with legal and ethical standards to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge by staying informed about the latest advancements in therapy, engaging in consistent professional development, and sharing insights with colleagues.

The main focus of our practice includes individual clients, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our team operates with the understanding that every individual's journey is unique, thus prioritizing personalized treatment approaches that empower clients to make meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license in mental health counseling, such as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Professional liability insurance to protect both the therapist and clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a strong background in therapy techniques and client engagement.
• Experience supervising or mentoring practicum students or new therapists, showcasing a commitment to professional development and training.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
