This is a full-time remote position, allowing our therapists to provide telehealth services from the comfort and safety of their own environments. • Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or who are currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, ensuring they are receiving the guidance necessary for professional development.
• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources, actively contributing to a comprehensive care approach that promotes holistic healing.
• Assist in developing and implementing customized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation, complying with all legal and ethical standards required in the practice of mental health therapy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapy methodologies.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required to practice independently.
• Professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice and clients.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services.

• Experience supervising trainees or practicum students, with a focus on nurturing their clinical skills and professional development.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Ability to work with a diverse clientele, adapting your approach to meet different cultural and individual needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
