Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance with local, national, and international law and Freudenberg Principles, values and strategy. (DOL, DHS, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, etc.)
  • Manages the complete employment life cycle including recruiting, offers, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits
  • Point of contact for benefit support, employee relations issues, compensation and policy questions and clarifications - working closely with our payroll shared services and corporate benefits teams
  • Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee data.
  • Supports both the global business division as well as the regional HR organization in strategic HR initiatives that may include Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Recruitment, Exit and/or Compensation-related action items
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience. Preferably in global manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, pay practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and HR analytics tools (Workday preferred).
