Responsibilities
Under direction from the Director and Sr. Director, the Practice Manager is responsible for the operational management of one or more practice sites. The Practice Manager assumes responsibility for ensuring the cost effective delivery of quality patient care. The manager will remain abreast of financial and operational growth goals for the department/practice and strategizes for continued improvement in operating and financial performance. In conjunction with leadership, the Practice Manager plays a strategic role in driving the operational efficiency and strategic plans for the practice(s).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or administrative field preferred.
  • Preferred (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Ideally two (2) years experience in one or all of the following: direct supervision of administrative and/or clinical staff; physician practice billing, coding, quality assurance and experience in relevant area for assigned department/care center/practice.
  • Physician practice supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
