What You’ll Do 

As a Manager Group Practice, you will report to the Director/Executive Director (BMG/TRMG). Is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the business operations and activities of the medical group and other practice sites under the supervision of the Director/Executive Director (BMG/TRMG). The Mgr Group Practice oversees various administrative responsibilities. They maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulation. This position is responsible for the financial management of the practices, including annual budgeting, monitoring expenses, managing payroll, optimizing revenue, and preparing financial reports. Mgr Group Practice handles staff management, including hiring, training, evaluating staff, resolving conflicts, and managing employee relations. Responsible for day-today operations They enhance the customer experience by creating a supportive environment and ensure data security.

Manager Group Practice Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies, procedures, and performance initiatives to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze financial and operational metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee revenue cycle functions, including billing, coding compliance, reimbursement processes, insurance requirements, and collections.
  • Partner with physicians and leadership teams to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop multidisciplinary staff, including scheduling, performance management, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, supplies, and facility resources to support patient care and business operations.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and quality improvement requirements.
  • Coordinate facility operations, vendor relationships, maintenance services, and workplace safety programs.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, medical records management, communication systems, and administrative processes to optimize patient access and service.
  • Facilitate staff meetings, training programs, professional development, and educational opportunities to promote workforce engagement and effectiveness.
  • Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and integration into the practice.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, community partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and customer-focused service.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, special projects, community outreach efforts, and organizational performance improvement activities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership competencies, including driving results, collaboration, customer focus, communication, integrity, and accountability.

What You Bring 

As a Manager Group Practice, this position requires expert clinical knowledge of healthcare procedures, treatments, patient care practices, and clinic operations, along with a strong understanding of healthcare administration and regulatory requirements. The role demands knowledge of government regulations, reimbursement guidelines, organizational policies, and healthcare technology systems, including computer applications used to support clinical and operational functions. Candidates must possess strong managerial and leadership skills to effectively plan, organize, and oversee clinic operations while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building professional relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff, visitors, and external partners. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Additionally, the position requires a demonstrated commitment to organizational values, including excellence, innovation, respect, and efficiency, while promoting high-quality patient care and operational performance.

Required Qualifications 

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a high school diploma.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare field with subsequent licensure preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of three to five years of supervisory/management experience, and five years of experience in a physician practice (healthcare) required.
