We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Practice Manager to be the operational backbone of our practice. In this role, you will lead daily administrative operations with a heavy emphasis on client admissions, benefits management, and revenue maximization. You will act as the crucial liaison across all departments, supporting our clinical staff, Program Director, and clients to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do
  • Client & Admissions Management: Oversee new client intake, manage benefit verifications, and track caseload reports. Proactively resolve problem accounts and drive revenue-maximizing workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing support team. Facilitate ongoing staff training and one-on-one education to improve program deliverables.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the Program Director to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage general site care, building schedules, and emergency management.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact across internal teams, including IT, Finance, and Facilities

Who We Are Looking For
  • Demonstrated ability to manage benefit verifications and billing procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring staff and driving productivity.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and deep familiarity with healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and general office productivity software as well as the use of an electronic medical record is preferred.

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Five (5) years' experience in diversified office work is preferred.
  • Three plus (3+) years of supervisory experience, including hiring and training new employees, are preferred.
  • Extensive experience with insurance carriers is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
