• Perform thorough patient assessments and collect detailed medical histories to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to the individual needs of patients across all age groups.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans based on findings.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and provide education on preventive health measures and necessary lifestyle adjustments.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases, coordinating referrals to specialty care when indicated, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system to precisely document patient encounters, maintaining accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staying current with advancements in medical practices and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered care, ensuring patients and their families feel heard, respected, and involved in their healthcare journey.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of medical practice, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of patient information.

The Physician Assistant will serve a broad demographic, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active PA Certification and state license are mandatory upon hiring.
