A well-established boutique medical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a collaborative, patient-focused team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving office operations, supporting staff, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice, including staff supervision, physician scheduling, insurance processes, and office workflow. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while building a long-term career with a stable specialty practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office
  • Supervise and support front office and clinical staff
  • Coordinate physician scheduling and overall office workflow
  • Manage insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
