Are you a motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Our established dental clinic in Colchester, VT is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our team, streamline operations, and support exceptional care delivery.
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including front office and clinical coordination
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the dental providers to maintain high-quality patient experiences
  • Monitor practice metrics and implement strategies to meet performance goals

What We're Looking For:
