The Business Development Specialist works closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives. This role helps drive revenue through strategic marketing, client development, thought leadership, and brand-building efforts. The Specialist executes marketing plans aligned with assigned practice groups' business goals, collaborating with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams to support client retention, business growth, and new business opportunities.

  • tSupport the development and execution of marketing and business development plans for assigned practice groups
  • .Assist with initiatives that promote client retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition
