Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) team. RNs in this role provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions, supporting recovery and health maintenance in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and evaluations of patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
  • Develop and revise individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, post-discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and transfers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all care activities.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting preferred.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
