Job description

TITLE: LEGAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT
LOCATION: WILMINGTON, DELAWARE
Seeking a legal practice assistant (LPA) to work directly with attorneys to prepare, review/edit and efile case pleadings, assist with case projects, maintain case calendar, and maintain case files.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years legal experience supporting members of the Firm, associates and paralegals in the areas of Bankruptcy and Corporate/Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF Editing required; knowledge of I Manage, PowerPoint, and Federal and State Court Electronic Filing a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
