Job description

About us
Founded in 2004, AIRE Ancient Baths reinterprets the tradition of ancient bathhouses - Roman, Greek and Ottoman - for the modern day, offering immersive thermal and wellness experiences in exquisitely restored historical buildings. With locations across Spain, North America and North Europe, AIRE has built a global reputation for combining sensorial luxury with a deep respect for heritage and craftsmanship.
A brand-new market for AIRE. Los Angeles is one of AIRE Ancient Baths' newest openings in North America, and this role is a founding position for the market - you will be the first dedicated PR & Marketing hire on the ground, building AIRE's reputation, network and commercial pipeline from scratch.
Your Mission
As PR & Marketing Manager, you will launch and build AIRE Ancient Baths' presence and desirability in the brand-new Los Angeles market by establishing an authoritative brand reputation from the ground up through strategic PR, influencer and VIP engagement - while developing high-value B2B partnerships that expand the brand's reach, create new business opportunities, and contribute to sustainable commercial growth. You will act as the founding guardian of AIRE's local brand image in this new market, ensuring every collaboration and initiative reinforces the brand's positioning and exceptional experience from day one.
What You Will Do
Brand & Communications
  • Own AIRE's brand reputation and visibility in the LA market.
  • Build the local PR strategy, aligned with global guidelines.
  • Grow relationships with media, influencers, VIPs and opinion leaders.
  • Secure local partnerships and sponsorships that reinforce positioning.
  • Partner with Global Social Media on locally relevant content.
Global & Local Alignment
  • Adapt and roll out global marketing campaigns locally.
  • Plan and run group bookings, corporate events and brand activations.
  • Align with internal stakeholders to execute PR and marketing initiatives.
  • Report on PR, marketing and B2B performance to HQ and local leadership.
Operations & Client Experience
  • Host influencer, media and VIP visits end-to-end.
  • Support Operations on guest experience during campaigns and events.
  • Track guest feedback and online reputation; flag trends and fixes.
  • Support VIP bookings and loyalty initiatives.
B2B Sales & Partnerships
  • Build and execute the regional B2B growth strategy.
  • Prospect, close and manage new B2B accounts.
  • Grow existing B2B relationships and engagement.
  • Establish partnerships with hotels, luxury travel partners, corporates, DMCs and incentive agencies.
Sales Administration & KPIs
  • Own the B2B pipeline and keep it accurately tracked.
  • Report sales activity and key commercial KPIs regularly.
  • Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar PR, marketing or B2B/commercial role.
  • Experience launching or building a brand's presence in a new market is a strong plus - comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch is key.
  • Experience in hospitality, wellness, luxury travel or lifestyle brands is desirable.
Languages
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Spanish is a plus.
Skills & Behaviours
  • Brand Ambassador - represents AIRE with authenticity and consistency.
  • Relationship Builder - earns trust and builds lasting partnerships.
  • Commercial Mindset - spots opportunities, drives results.
  • Collaborative Partner - aligns easily with local and global teams.
Why You Should Join Us:
  • Competitive salary.
  • Annual Bonus Program.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance.
  • 401(k) Savings Plan.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Paid Sick Leave.
  • Commuter Benefits Program.
  • Complimentary Monthly Bath Experience.
  • Friends & Family Discounts.
  • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Career growth within a rapidly expanding international luxury hospitality company.
