Job description

Job Summary

Church & Dwight is hiring an Associate Brand Manager / Senior Associate Brand Manager for the HomeCare - Bath Soaks business. In this role, you will support and lead key initiatives within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU), contributing directly to the achievement of annual organic growth targets. You’ll have the opportunity to work on brands undergoing significant transformation, partnering cross‑functionally to drive innovation, fuel brand growth, and deliver results.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for executing key brand and marketing activities, including consumer and trade promotions, social media, PR programs, sampling, special packs, displays, event marketing, Cause Marketing, Artwork, and MSE management.
  • Assist in the execution of the brand’s integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and communication plan.
  • Lead operations for new product launches, product upgrades, and new packaging in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Co‑lead day‑to‑day operational activities, including product forecasting, supply chain coordination, monthly business health reporting, and brand financial planning.
  • Conduct syndicated data analysis (e.g., Nielsen) and support ongoing performance assessments.
  • Support the briefing process and milestone management with external creative design agencies during product development.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of the category and become a category expert, including competitive landscape, product segments, and channel dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support broader business and operational initiatives.
  • Work with the SBM and Licensing Director to manage licensor relationships, build partnerships with licensees, and report on business results.
  • Assist in developing brand strategies to drive growth in a growing category.
  • Assist in preparing internal and customer‑facing presentations across all classes of trade.
Education and Experience Required
  • BA/BS required; 2+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques such as Nielsen or IRI data.
  • Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Problem solving/solution‑oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $71,000-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan (with company match and profit‑sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
