Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

Antioch, CA | Up to $85/hr | Full-Time, Part-Time, or Hybrid

ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support one of our partner schools in the Antioch area. This role offers flexibility, a supportive school team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with students who benefit from consistent communication support.

Position Details:
  • Location: Antioch, CA

  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Hours: School hours (flexible based on assignment)

  • Model: Onsite with hybrid options available

  • Pay: Up to $85/hr (W2 with benefits or 1099)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services

  • Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals

  • Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

  • Support students in developing functional communication skills

  • Follow ASHA and California Department of Education guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Active California SLP License
