Unitas PPO Solutions is looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to our sales team. This role will involve making phone calls to potential clients who have indicated interest in our service and who would like to schedule an appointment with us. If your familiar with the phrase, "Cold Calling" this is more like "Warm Calling". The people we talk to know who we are, and are happy to hear from us!
At Unitas, we work with Dental practices across the USA to help increase the amount of reimbursements they get from PPO insurance companies. Our service is in high demand and we're growing fast! Many dental practices would love to speak with us and just need a helping hand (you!) to call and offer to schedule a free appointment. Come help us change the dental industry for the better!
Job Details:
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule:
Flexible Schedule after initial training, you set your schedule to begin/end within normal business hours M-F
Hours
Full Time, 35-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Approximately 8 AM - 5 PM (Mountain Standard Time, USA).
Work Experience: Not required but preferred. 1+ years experience in a role with tele-sales, telemarketing, customer support, strong administrative exp., or a related field.
Remote Work: You will need a quiet and distraction-free workspace and a strong and reliable internet connection. Remote to us means that while your office is at home, when clocked in, employees are also not working other jobs and are also not exclusively responsible for any other duties in their home during scheduled work hours.
Training: You'll receive hands-on virtual training from our team to learn our scripts, processes, and software for making these outbound calls. We'll help you to set goals and benchmarks for outbound calls per hour, and give you all the resources you need to have a successful and enjoyable work-life balance.
Compensation/Benefits
Starting Pay Rate $17hr, plus excellent medical insurance (valued at approx $5,000 annual).
2 weeks of PTO
