Job description

As a Spray Technician, Weekend Nights, you will join our Paint Process Laboratory team. You will work with advanced spray equipment and robotics to test and evaluate coatings used in real-world applications. You will report to the Applications Supervisor and work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

NO Prior Experience Necessary. Paid Training.

This shift is Friday through Monday from 5pm to 3:30am.

The base salary for this position is $52,000 with an additional weekend premium offered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate spray equipment following standard procedures

  • Run paint applications tests using automated and robotic systems, spray and test samples of paint from production

  • Record process settings and test results using computer systems

  • Analyze and communicate detailed observations

  • Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines

  • Maintain a clean, organized lab (5S standards)

  • Enter data into applications logs

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Basic computer skills required

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Ability to preform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, etc.)
