Job Summary:

The Support Technician I is responsible for preparing vehicles for the application of XPEL protection products by performing thorough cleaning and decontamination. This role ensures that vehicles are ready for installation and contributes to the maintenance of a safe, organized shop environment. The Support Technician I works closely with application specialists to support efficient, high-quality installations and uphold the standards of XPEL.

Core Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive washing and cleaning of vehicles toeliminatedirt, debris, and other contaminants in preparation for XPEL product application.
  • Utilize clay bars and related methods for decontaminating vehicle surfaces, ensuring an ultra-smooth finish suitable for protective film installation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, including proper management of tools and disposal of waste materials.
  • Assistapplication specialists with setup procedures and operational tasks tofacilitateefficient workflow and quality outcomes.
