Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our dealership team.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can maintain quality, consistency, and speed in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working on a high volume of vehicles while maintaining dealership standards. All materials, products, and equipment are provided by the dealership.
Starting pay is $20 per hour, depending on experience. Up to $50 per hour.
Responsibilities
• Perform interior and exterior detailing on a variety of vehicles.
• Complete basic paint correction and cut & buff work.
• Perform complex detailing services while paying close attention to detail.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas at all times.
• Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure dealership-quality presentation.
• Handle multiple vehicles daily in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines when using equipment and chemicals.
Qualifications
• Previous automotive detailing experience is required.
• Experience with window tinting, PPF, and ceramic coating is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
