Job description

We're looking for a driven, passionate, talented Paid Search Associate to join our growing performance marketing team! This person will work closely with our paid media manager, plus other team members that include organic search, email and analytics leads. This role is an integral part of our marketing team that will help introduce Brady to our target audience and convert them to loyal customers.

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage paid search/PPC campaign optimizations and identify growth opportunities
  • Create and monitor split tests to determine winning ad copy and strategies
  • Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
  • Partner with marketing team members to develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels
  • Stay on top of always changing digital marketing landscape, industry news and emerging technologies
  • Assist with SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, content and display advertising campaigns
