 Position Summary:

The RN, Registered Nurse provides safe, cost-effective patient care through the health experience, according to established standards utilizing the nursing process, within the scope of practice of Registered Nursing, for the PACU at Long Beach Medical Center. 

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required 
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited Registered Nurse Program required
  • Ideal candidate will have PACU/ ICU experience or 2 years of Step-Down/Telemetry/ER or 3 years of Med/Surg.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS & NHISS certification required.
