Job description

The Powersports Service Manager oversees all service operations for a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, primarily managing the maintenance and repair of ATVs and Side x Sides. This role involves ensuring efficient service scheduling, maintaining strong customer relations, and guiding staff training to uphold high standards within the dealership. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities
