Jones Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our fast-paced Powersports Service Department. If you enjoy working with customers and have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, this is your opportunity to build a career in the powersports industry.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and accurately assess service needs
  • Write repair orders and detailed service estimates
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
  • Communicate clearly with customers on repairs, timelines, and costs
  • Recommend maintenance and additional services
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience every time

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Service advisor/writer experience (powersports or automotive preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in computer systems and dealer management software, with experience using Lightspeed a plus
