Job description

We are seeking an experienced Nautilus Specialist to support, administer, enhance, and optimize the Nautilus platform within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nautilus configuration, integrations, workflow development, and production support while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Nautilus platform.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Nautilus applications, workflows, and business processes.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations between Nautilus and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, interface, and data-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, releases, and environment migrations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
