To excel as a PowerShell/Python Developer, you need strong programming skills in both languages, knowledge of automation and scripting, and often a background in computer science or IT. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, experience with DevOps tools, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Python Institute PCEP are commonly required.
