  • Create, format, revise, and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files for commercial printing, ensuring proper bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, file formats, and production requirements.
  • Work within established templates, brand standards, and design systems.
  • Create website graphics and assist with website updates using platforms such as Shopify and Weebly.
  • Create social media graphics using provided content and visuals.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist to turn written content into effective visual communications.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and production experience, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files for commercial printing, with a strong understanding of bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, file formats, typography, and layout.
  • Strong visual judgment and an understanding of how image selection, placement, sizing, and resolution affect the final product.
  • Strong proofreading and spelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Shopify and/or Weebly experience is a plus.

Why Join?

  • Work on a diverse range of creative projects across print, digital, web, social media, and sales materials.
  • See your designs move from concept to finished, production-ready materials.
  • Collaborate with a marketing team and contribute ideas that help bring content and campaigns to life.
  • Enjoy a hands-on design role where both creativity and technical production skills are valued.

If you're a designer who enjoys both the creative side of design and the satisfaction of getting every detail right before a project goes to print, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
