Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will be support of our Office 365 Government G5 Dynamics

and power platform to support existing systems and other Health solutions.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

• Build and maintain model-driven and canvas applications, including advanced configuration of forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations) to meet complex business requirements.

• Develop and implement C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript-based form scripting to support advanced business logic.

• Architect and manage Dataverse data models, including entities (tables), relationships, and data structures aligned with enterprise standards.

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, including approvals, integrations, and event-driven workflows.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems (Azure Functions, REST APIs, SharePoint, SQL, ERP/CRM systems, and third-party services).

• Lead and support data migrations, system integrations, and API development, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

• Configure and enforce security models, including role-based access, field-level security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution design, version control, deployment, patching, and environment promotion (Dev/Test/Prod).

• Develop and deploy custom solution packages and manage environment configurations across Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and align with strategic objectives.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, functional consultants, and project teams. Support production environments, including issue resolution, enhancements, and post-go-live optimization.
