Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

This role works in a production environment with a primary focus on cleaning ink splatter from machines and surrounding areas to maintain a safe, clean, and contamination-free facility. The position involves hands-on work with ink totes, floors, and walls, using basic hand tools and cleaning equipment to remove dried ink and residue while supporting overall production operations.

Responsibilities
  • Clean ink splatter from production machines, including all accessible surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Clean floors, walls, and other surfaces in the production area to prevent contamination and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Spray out ink totes thoroughly to remove ink residue and prevent cross-contamination of products.
  • Use basic hand tools to scrape and remove excess dried ink material from totes, walls, and floors.
  • Lift and move products weighing 40–50 pounds consistently from the floor and other areas as needed.
  • Perform general labor and production support tasks such as organizing materials, assisting with ink-related processes, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Carry out janitorial and cleaning duties in and around the production area, including power washing when required.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working with cleaning tools, ink materials, and production equipment.
  • Use basic math skills to complete measurements and calculate various metric systems for weighing product and verifying correct quantities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.

Work Environment
