Youโ€™re driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
  • Electrical experience, including exposure to:
    • 3-phase high-voltage systems
    • Low-voltage systems
    • AC/DC electrical systems
    • Control wiring and powered equipment
    • VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:
    • Electrical
    • Mechanical
    • Hydraulics
    • Welding
    • Pneumatics
    • Plumbing
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
  • A valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
