Job Title- Customer Support Specialist -Power Tools
Company Location - Reno, NV
100% On-site, Full Time
Pay -$19.00/hr.

Job Summary of the Customer Support Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a motivated and dependable Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries via phone and electronically related to their product line. This role will involve assisting new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, locate dealers, process orders, providing troubleshooting tips, helping diagnose technical issues and assist with repair requests of power tools.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist position
Answer incoming phone calls from customers related to power tools
Respond timely to Customer email enquiries
Explain usage and warranty information to customers
Distribute orders to appropriate departments
Follow up on Voicemail messages
Process Warranty claims
Complete various reports using MS Excel
Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
Able to collaborate with departments outside of customer service to help resolve issues.
Stay up to date and knowledgeable about new product releases
Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Support Specialist position
High School diploma is required.
Minimum 1yr Experience in customer service role.
MUST HAVE hands-on electric, power tools usage experience.
A positive attitude, a friendly personality and a passion with working with people.
Must be diplomatic, patient, and a good listener.
Ability to multi-task and have strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
Bilingual English/ Spanish REQUIRED
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience using power tools, professionally or personally is a plus
Prior experience in Tool Repair or Rental Repair is a plus.
Experience using multiple computer systems and multiple monitors.
