Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships with key clients and C-level executives in CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.
  • Cultivate a team of ad sales managers, equipping them with AI-powered tools for prospecting, pitch personalization, performance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Manage the team through coaching, training and recruiting, establishing a culture of continuous AI adoption.
  • Sustain close communication with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize strategies and engender trust and collaboration.
  • Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, impact measurement, using AI-driven dashboards and forecasting models to inform decisions.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends in adtech and media, translating them into competitive advantages for clients and the team.
  • Regularly consult with local/regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product positioning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in media sales with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a sales context (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT/Claude for client communications, Gong, 6sense, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners - structure, economics, processes, roles and clients.
  • Leadership skills - strong point of view, ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.
  • Data-literate mindset: comfortable interpreting AI-generated insights and translating them into actionable sales strategies.
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
