Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...We are seeking a highly analytical, operationally driven, and strategically minded Senior Manager, Process Improvement - Business Integration to lead transformational initiatives across eCommerce Fulfillment Transformation. This role will help reimagine how technology, process optimization, and execution empower associates within the eCommerce Fulfillment environment. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of board-level communication and writing skills, financial planning and analysis, advanced financial modeling, business intelligence, process improvement, and cross-functional execution experience. This leader will partner closely with the broader eCommerce organization, operations, product, engineering, finance, and field stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and scaling of innovative technologies and operational capabilities. As part of the core strategy team, you will represent business priorities throughout the technology lifecycle while leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation enablement, performance management, and scalable process integration. The role requires the ability to synthesize complex operational and financial data into clear executive-level narratives, develop business cases and investment models, and influence senior leadership through concise, data-driven recommendations. This position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical rigor, strong executive presence, superior written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead through complexity while driving measurable business outcomes. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Anticipated travel for this role will be around 10%. What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business cases, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support enterprise transformation efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement and business integration initiatives supporting eCommerce and total fulfillment operations.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and field teams to define operational requirements and support technology implementation efforts.
  • Drive operational transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics, financial modeling, business intelligence, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Develop scalable business processes, performance metrics, reporting structures, and operational KPIs to improve execution and decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization by building alignment, communicating effectively, and driving execution.
  • Support rollout strategies for new operational capabilities, automation initiatives, and warehouse technologies.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost optimization, and process standardization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through agile problem-solving, rapid testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee feedback loops, operational issue resolution, and post-launch optimization efforts to ensure sustainable adoption and measurable business impact.
