Senior Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Location: New York, United States (in-office 3x week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise case management solutions for one of our premier clients-a leading global financial institution.

The role is responsible for the full solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, application development, systems integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform support to drive operational efficiency and risk reduction. This position requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and define solution designs.
  • Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure services, Logic Apps, APIs, and data migration tools.
  • Implement AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Configure and administer Dynamics 365 environments, including security, access controls, reporting, and environment management.
  • Collaborate with global technology teams, infrastructure partners, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
  • Support release management, deployments, production releases, troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing operational support to ensure high platform availability and reliability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, security, and developer productivity.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises).
  • Experience leading the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support.
  • Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments.

  • Technical Qualifications
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    • Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures.
    • Strong development experience with C#, ASP.NET/.NET Framework, Web APIs, and WCF.
    • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications.
    • Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
    • Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and database administration.

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
    • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
    • Microsoft Azure Certification.
    • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and integration best practices.
    • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
    • Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft technology stack.
    • Experience with document capture and document management platforms.
    • Strong understanding of solution governance, security, and deployment best practices.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
