Role Overview
The .NET / Power Platform Developer designs, develops, and implements enterprise software solutions across the Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Power Platform. This role leads solution architecture from the ground up, constructing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, building modern UI interfaces using Angular 18 and Blazor, and engineering workflows with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Application Development & Architecture
• Lead technical design, architecture, and development of web applications from the ground up using C#, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Framework.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core and Visual Studio 2022.
• Construct modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Angular 18, Angular Material, RxJS, TypeScript, Blazor, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, write unit/integration tests (using nUnit), and resolve software bugs.
Power Platform & Reporting Solutions
• Lead technical design and architecture for workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Design, build, and deploy data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable operational insights.
Database Engineering & Systems Support
• Design and maintain database schemas, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports within SQL Server (SSMS).
• Execute ORM-based database operations using Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
• Maintain SSIS packages, background scheduled jobs, cron jobs, and background processing systems.
• Perform performance monitoring and troubleshooting using Dynatrace, Windows Server event logs, and system diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
• 15 or more years of experience with ASP.NET Framework and building RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• 12 or more years of experience with SQL Server database design, schema design, stored procedures, Entity Framework, and SSRS.
• 12 or more years of experience with evolving UI front-end technologies (TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Angular, Blazor, and React).
• 7 or more years of experience utilizing Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• 5 or more years of experience writing automated unit tests using frameworks such as nUnit.
• 5 or more years of hands-on software architecture design experience building enterprise projects from scratch (with recent architecture experience within the last 3 years).
• 3 or more years of experience maintaining SSIS packages, background schedulers, cron jobs, and background processing tasks.
• 3 or more years of experience with Angular CLI, Angular Material, RxJS, and Blazor frameworks.
• 2 or more years of hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• 2 or more years of experience with system monitoring tools (such as Dynatrace) and Windows Server event log troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2 or more years of experience with ArcGIS software and GIS mapping integrations.
