What You Will Do:


Experienced SharePoint technical lead specializing in site administration, system migrations, and custom platform development. Proven track record of modernizing legacy ecosystems by migrating outdated InfoPath forms into automated, scalable Power Automate workflows. Adept at interfacing directly with corporate clients to gather complex requirements and deliver strategic technical guidance. Additionally, acts as an escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineering support, rapidly diagnosing and resolving complex break/fix issues under tight deadlines.


Extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform projects across the full development lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning through to testing and deployment. Skilled at conducting client discovery sessions to translate sales, marketing, and customer service needs into tailored technical blueprints. Applies deep hands-on expertise to design and deliver robust solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and custom data integrations.


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of professional experience
  • Clearance: Public Trust
  • Citizenship: US Citizenship is required
  • Education: US equivalent Bachelor's degree required
  • Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows end-to-end, including intake, routing, approval, and notification patterns
  • Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and its integration with Power Automate for intake and routing scenarios
  • Ability to build polished, production-ready UI/UX for non-technical executives and front office users
  • Ability to work effectively within an agile sprint model, including participation in planning, reviews, and iterative delivery
  • Ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders, including requirements gathering, demos, and milestone reviews

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior federal and DOJ experience.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI for document summarization, classification, or task prediction
  • Power BI dashboard development and integration with Power Platform data sources
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 G5 licensing and available capabilities
  • Azure infrastructure or architecture knowledge
  • API and third-party integration experienc

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
