Washington Trust is seeking a Technology Business Partner & Delivery Manager to serve as the key link between business lines and IT Services, helping drive technology-enabled business transformation across the Bank. This role combines business analysis, project management, process improvement, Agile delivery, and AI enablement to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, enhance reporting, and create measurable business value.
ResponsibilitiesA good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
