Qualifications
Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience in a related field Required
  • Experience must include hands-on practical knowledge of boilers, chillers, commercial air handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and building energy management systems Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess a current 4th class National Power Engineers license per the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) Upon Hire Required and
  • a current 4th class Georgia Power Engineers license per the Georgia State Association of Power Engineers ( will accept 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class GA Power Engineers License in lieu of 4th class) Upon Hire Required or
  • CFC Refrigeration Certification Must also possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration Certificate Upon Hire Required
