Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power Pages Developer to join our growing development team in India. This is a full-time role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power Pages environments that serve as critical customer-facing portals-such as Commissions Portals and future AI-powered products.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Power Pages Development & Delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance Power Pages portals aligned with business and design requirements.
  • Build and customize responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates.
  • Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Implement secure authentication and role-based access control using Azure AD B2C.
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product and Development teams to translate user stories and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure consistency across environments and deployments.
  • Support Product Management leadership in delivering high-quality releases within sprint timelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Quality & Process Ownership
  • Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and documentation to ensure maintainability, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Support QA and UAT efforts by ensuring all features meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize portal performance to meet load and responsiveness targets.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for portal configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with Power Platform and Business Central updates, recommending process and technology improvements.
  • Suggest tools, templates, and automation enhancements to improve development efficiency.
  • Mentor or guide junior developers, sharing best practices in Power Platform development.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals).
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform components-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid template language.
  • Experience integrating Power Pages with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD B2C authentication and security configuration.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment while delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI integration within Power Pages.
  • Exposure to mortgage, banking, or financial technology systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based product teams or clients.
