Job description

Physical Therapist (DPT) – Brighton, CO
Power Health Colorado (PHCO)

Power Health Colorado is growing, and we’re building something different.

We are a multidisciplinary injury care practice focused on doing rehab the right way for patients. Our team includes physicians, PAs, PTs, PTAs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers, all working together under one roof to improve the lives of the patients who see us.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of that team and culture. Whether you are a new grad or an experienced clinician we want to hear from you.

This role is based in our Brighton clinic, M-Th 830am-630pm, Friday 830am-1230pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evaluate and treat patients primarily with musculoskeletal pathology
  • Build your own individualized treatment plans that make sense clinically, not just check insurance boxes
  • Part of multidisciplinary team working closely with medical providers to coordinate and improve patient care
  • Help guide patients through recovery from acute injuries to full function
  • Maintain clear, defensible documentation
  • Be part of a team that prioritizes outcomes, communication, and doing rehabilitation right

What Makes This Different

  • Strong support staff (PTAs/techs) to help you focus on care, not chaos
  • Real collaboration with providers, not siloed care
  • Leadership that understands operations and protects your time

Who This Is For

  • New grads who want mentorship and a structured way to learn and grow in orthopedics treating musculoskeletal injuries
  • Clinicians who care about outcomes, not just units
  • Someone who wants stability but also potential for growth

What You Need

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Active Colorado license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills with patients and team
  • Willingness to learn (if new) or help lead (if experienced)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (aligned with experience) within the top 10-20% of the state
  • Lucrative Bonus structure tied to performance and growth
  • PTO + paid holidays
  • Annual CME allowance + paid CME days
  • Health benefits contribution
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Sign-on bonus available (based on experience and commitment)

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Clinic hours structured to support both patient access and provider balance
  • Half day Fridays with no weekend grind

Why Power Health Colorado

We are building a model around injury care that actually works for both patients and providers. That means structure, support, and expectations, as well as respect for your time and role as a clinician.

If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be part of a team, and not hate your schedule six months in—this is worth a conversation.
