Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, is seeking a Power Generation Assistant Superintendent to support the supervision, installation, and execution of power generation systems within a data center construction environment. This role assists with installation oversight, preparation for commissioning, validation, and final handover while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The position requires strong communication skills and technical experience in power generation, electrical, and controls systems. This position would be a 12-Month contract, with no guarantee of extension.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support proper installation, preparation for commissioning, and system handover
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with site safety policies and procedures
  • Coordinate activities with subcontractors, construction personnel, and site leadership
  • Perform and Monitor work progress and quality to meet project schedules and specifications
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, inspectors, and construction trades
  • Support troubleshooting of power generation, electrical, and controls systems
  • Maintain organized documentation related to installation, testing, and turnover
  • Promote a professional and safetyโ€‘focused jobsite environment
Required Qualifications
  • Electrical systems experience
  • Controls system experience
  • Ability to work safely in an active data center construction environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and construction personnel
